Regent Enterprises Ltd to Approve Q3 FY2025-26 Financial Results on Feb 13, 2026

Regent Enterprises Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for dealing in the company’s scrip by the members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, and other connected persons has been closed from January 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This closure is in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended on April 1, 2019, BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, and the company's code of conduct.
