Regis Industries Ltd Announces Q3 Results, Appoints New CFO, and Accepts Director's Resignation

Regis Industries Ltd, formerly known as Bhartiya Bachat Limited, has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The board of directors approved the results in a meeting held on 10th February 2026. The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Prajapat as the new Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective from 10th February 2026. Mr. Chandrakant Parmar has resigned from his position as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer due to personal commitments.
