Regis Industries Ltd Appoints New Whole-time Director & CFO, Reports Q3 Results

Regis Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Prajapat as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 10.02.2026. The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Chandrakant Parmar from the post of Whole-time Director and CFO due to personal commitments. The board meeting was held on 10th February 2026 and un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended as on 31st December 2025 were approved. The company operates in one segment and the financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
