Regis Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Regis Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, October 1st, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30th, 2026.
