Relaxo Footwears Board Approves Changes in Senior Management Personnel

Relaxo Footwears Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved significant changes in the company's Senior Management Personnel (SMP). These changes, recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, are a result of internal role adjustments, re-designations, and revised responsibilities. Nine individuals, including Mr. Gaurav Malik (VP – PD), Mr. Karan Singh Suryawanshi (VP – GT Sales), Mr. Manoj Taneja (VP – E-commerce), Mr. Navin Trivedi (General Manager – Legal), Mr. Harpreet Singh Bhatia (VP – Revenue Growth), Mr. Manoj Lalwani (VP – Marketing), Mr. Rohit Khaneja (General Manager – Internal Audit), Ms. Manju Kohli (Chief Human Resources Officer), and Mr. Sandeep Singh (Senior General Manager – Export), have been designated as SMPs. Concurrently, Mr. Raghubir Singh and Mr. Rishi Mutreja ceased to be categorized as SMPs, though Mr. Mutreja will continue his employment with the company. All changes are effective from May 28, 2026.
