Relaxo Footwears Ltd. Appoints Mr. Amit Roy as Chief Financial Officer

Relaxo Footwears Ltd. has appointed Mr. Amit Roy as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective from April 1, 2026. Mr. Roy is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in various roles including finance & accounts, Treasury, and Taxation. He has been with Relaxo Footwears Ltd. for the last 13 years, heading the Taxation Department as Sr. General Manager- Finance. His immediate past employment was with Caretel Infotech Ltd. where he served as VP (F&A) heading finance, accounts, and Treasury departments. Mr. Roy is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and holds a B. Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.
