Relaxo Footwears Ltd has reassessed its total manufacturing capacity to 9,10,000 pairs per day, down from 10,50,000 pairs. This adjustment is due to the ongoing reconstruction and renovation of its older manufacturing plants (RFL-1 and RFL-II) in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, which are over 25 years old. The company is enhancing infrastructure, ensuring safety compliance, and leveraging increased Floor Area Ratio for future expansion. Furthermore, the transition to producing more fashionable footwear, requiring specialized production lines and complex processes, has influenced the daily output capacity.
