Reliable Data Services Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Reliable Agri Projects Private Limited, has entered into a Lease Agreement with Shri Nandi Milk Processing LLP for milk processing and milk products business operations. The subsidiary will conduct milk processing activities from Shri Nandi Milk Processing LLP's plant. The estimated maximum investment for this project is ₹600 Lakhs (₹6 Crore). This move aims to expand the subsidiary's operations, diversify business activities, and explore opportunities in the dairy sector, with expectations of business growth, operational synergies, and long-term value creation for shareholders.
