Reliable Data Services Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March 2025. As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Internal Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by its promoters, directors, key managerial persons (KMP), and designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The window will be reopened 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
