Reliable Data Services Ltd has announced a Board Meeting on 14th February 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The meeting will also approve the appointment of Bhoomika Aditya Gupta as an Independent Director and the notice of postal Ballot. The meeting will also consider any other matter with the consent of the Board.
