Reliable Ventures India Ltd Announces Unanimous Passing of Ordinary Resolutions at 32nd AGM

Reliable Ventures India Ltd held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2025, through video conferencing. The meeting was conducted with the presence of 26 members holding a total of 4614983 equity shares. The Chairman, Mr. Panchena Gopinath, delivered a formal address updating the members on the business scenario, operational and financial performance, and corporate and social responsibility. The meeting transacted the business as contained in the notice convening the meeting. The resolutions were put to vote through e-voting, and both were passed unanimously. The scrutinizer, Mrs. Neeta Desai, submitted the consolidated Scrutinizer Report, and the results were announced not later than 48 hours of the conclusion of the AGM.
