Vasireddy Sivanag, identified as part of the promoter group, has acquired 6,00,000 equity shares, representing 5.45% of the total share capital, in Reliable Ventures India Limited. The acquisition was made off-market on September 2, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Vasireddy Sivanag held no shares in the company. The total equity share capital of Reliable Ventures India Limited remains at 1,10,12,900 shares post-acquisition.
