Reliance Chemotex Re-appoints Sanjiv Shroff as MD for 3 Years

Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Shroff as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years, effective September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029. This decision was approved by shareholders at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 24, 2026. The AGM also saw the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Nagar as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director and Mr. Ameya Shroff as Executive Director (Whole-time Director). All appointed directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding such positions.
