
Reliance Industries Allots ₹13,008.6 Cr in NCDs
Reliance Industries Ltd has announced the allotment of 13,00,000 Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs. 1,00,000 each, series PPD Series R, on a private placement basis. The total amount received from this allotment is Rs. 13,008.6095 crore. The NCDs have a tenor of 10 years, with a coupon rate of 7.90% per annum, payable annually. The redemption date is October 1, 2036. The issue had a base size of Rs. 12,000 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 1,000 crore (Green Shoe Option). The NCDs are unsecured and have received 'CRISIL AAA/ Stable' and 'CARE AAA/Stable' ratings. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
