Reliance Infra: Vijesh Thota Appointed CEO, Asheesh Chaturvedi CFO

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of Vijesh Bahu Thota as CEO and Asheesh Chaturvedi as CFO, effective immediately. Thota concurrently ceased his role as CFO. The board also appointed M/s Paresh Rakesh & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Vijay S. Tiwari & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, subject to member approval. Additionally, the company seeks authorization to raise up to ₹3,000 crore via equity or equity-linked instruments through QIP or follow-on public offer.
