Reliance Infrastructure Ltd Incorporates Joint Venture Company in Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has incorporated a joint venture company, GDL - Reliance Solar Pte Ltd (GRSPL), in Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). The JV is a 50:50 venture between Green Digital Private Limited, a State Owned Enterprise of Royal Government of Bhutan, and Reliance Enterprises Private Limited (REPL), an associate company of Reliance Infrastructure Limited. REPL has subscribed 2,25,000 shares of USD 100 each in cash, representing 50% of the shareholding. Consequently, the Company indirectly holds a 25% stake in GRSPL. The JV is incorporated in the renewable and green energy sector, and the company is yet to commence business operations.
