
Reliance Infrastructure Transfers 2% Equity Shares to Dassault Aviation in Joint Venture Company DRAL
Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. has disclosed the transfer of 2% equity shares by its wholly owned subsidiary, Reliance Aerostructure Limited (RAL), to Dassault Aviation in their joint venture company, Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited (DRAL). This transfer is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. DRAL, which was previously a 51% subsidiary of RAL, will become an associate company with 49% shareholding post completion of the transaction. The transaction is valued at approximately INR 175.96 crore based on an independent valuation. Dassault Aviation is a French company engaged in the businesses of military and business jets, and is not part of the promoter/promoter group companies. The sale is not a slump sale, nor does it fall under related party transactions or the Scheme of Arrangement.
