Reliance Power Audited Results for FY26; New Director Appointed

Reliance Power Ltd. announced its audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results on May 21, 2026. Additionally, Dr. Avinash Gupta was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a 5-year term, and M/s Kailash Chand Jain & Co. was appointed as the Statutory Auditor for five years, both subject to member approval. The board also approved seeking authorization to raise up to ₹6,000 crore through equity or equity-linked instruments and ₹3,000 crore through debentures.
