Reliance Power Ltd to Sell 100% Equity Shareholding in Indonesian Subsidiaries for USD 12 Million

Reliance Power Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Biotruster (Singapore) Pte Ltd for the sale of 100% equity shareholding in PT Avaneesh Coal Resources, PT Heramba Coal Resources, PT Sumukha Coal Services, PT Brayan Bintang Tiga Energi, and PT Sriwijaya Bintang Tiga Energi. The total consideration is USD 12 Million (Twelve Million United States Dollar) receivable upon closing. The net worth of these subsidiaries is Rs. 16,909 lakh (0.53% of consolidated net worth). The agreement was entered into on September 29, 2025, and the expected date of completion of sale/disposal is December 30, 2025. Biotruster (Singapore) Pte Ltd does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies.
