Relicab Cable Appoints Suhir Shah as MD for 3 Years

Relicab Cable Manufacturing Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Suhir Shah as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective from September 11, 2027, to September 10, 2030. Mr. Shah, aged 66, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and brings over 48 years of extensive experience in the cables and wires industry, having founded Reliance Cable Corporation. He is confirmed to be eligible and not debarred from holding the office of Director. The re-appointment was approved by the members at the company's AGM held on September 30, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026.
