Religare Enterprises Holds 42nd AGM via Video Conference

Religare Enterprises Limited conducted its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026, via video conferencing (VC/OAVM). The meeting was held in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars, as well as the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations. The proceedings were conducted in accordance with Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-II). Ms. Tanvi Gambhir, Company Secretary of a step-down subsidiary, assisted in conducting the meeting due to a vacancy in the Company Secretary position at Religare Enterprises. The Chairman, Mr. Rajender Mohan Malla, introduced the directors and key management personnel present, including the Managing Director, CFO, and Group General Counsel.
