Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Limited Receives Orders Worth Rs. 30 Crores in February 2025

Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Limited has announced that it has received orders for Stainless Steel pipes & tubes worth of Rs. 30.00 Crores approx. (Rupees Thirty Crores only) (net of GST) in the month of February, 2025. The orders have been received from various leading companies operating in the Thermal Power/ Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Defense/ Equipment manufacturers / EPC sectors. The current orders in hand as on 28 February 2025, are Rs 75.00 crores approx. (Rupees Seventy Five Crores only). The Company has stated that the transactions are not related party transactions and are done at arm’s length basis. This disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
