Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Ltd Receives Order Worth Rs. 25.31 Crores for Waste Water Treatment Infrastructure Project

Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Ltd has announced that it has received an order for Stainless Steel welded pipes worth Rs. 25.31 Crores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores and Thirty One Lakhs Only), net of GST, for a waste water treatment project from a reputed MNC EPC Company. The order is a part of an environmental upgradation infrastructure project. The company has received the order in its normal course of business and the transaction is not a related party transaction, being done at arm’s length basis. This announcement is in compliance with Regulation 30. of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
