Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Ltd Receives Orders Worth Rs.62.66 Crores for Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes

Remi Edelstahl Tubulars Ltd has announced that it has received orders for Stainless Steel seamless tubes worth of Rs.62.66 Crores (Rupees Sixty Two Crores and Sixty Six Lakhs Only), net of GST, for the Thermal power sector from a reputed equipment fabricator. The orders have been received in the normal course of business and are not related party transactions. The company ensures that all transactions are done at arm’s length basis and are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
