Remsons Industries Q1FY27 Revenue Up 20% YoY to ₹1,197 Mn

Remsons Industries Ltd. reported its Q1FY27 unaudited financial results, with consolidated revenue growing 20% year-on-year to ₹1,197 million. EBITDA stood at ₹104 million, and Net Profit After Tax was ₹29 million, with diluted EPS at ₹0.82. Key business updates include a leadership transition with the appointment of Mr. Rahul Prabhakar Desai as CEO, and significant order wins from global OEMs for Hood Rods, a 10-year Pedal Box programme (estimated lifetime value ~₹1600mn), and a landmark ₹3,000mn, 7-year order from Stellantis for control cables. The company also secured orders for lighting design and gear shifters, and is expanding manufacturing capacity in NCR. Remsons remains on track to achieve its revenue aspiration of ₹9,000–10,000mn by FY30.
