Remsons Industries Reports 30% Revenue Growth in Q1FY26, Secures INR 12 Cr Lighting Order and INR 80 Cr FORD Contract

Remsons Industries Ltd, an automotive OEM components manufacturer, has reported a 30% year-over-year revenue growth in the first quarter of FY26, reaching INR 996 million. The company's EBITDA climbed to INR 106 million, marking a 63% increase, while the net profit grew by 35% to INR 36 million. Remsons has also secured a significant INR 12 Cr order from a Global Multinational OEM for the design and development of exterior vehicle lighting and a notable INR 80 Cr, 10-year order from FORD TURKEY for the supply of Spare Wheel Winch. The company has also inaugurated a 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, for locomotive applications.
