Rentomojo Ltd conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 6, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, which commenced at 11:00 A.M. (IST) and concluded at 12:43 P.M (IST), was the company's first AGM since its listing on BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026. The proceedings were chaired by Geetansh Bamania, Chairperson, Managing Director, and CEO. Key managerial personnel and directors were in attendance.
