Resgen Ltd, formerly known as Eco Janitors Pvt. Ltd, has announced a Board of Directors meeting on November 14, 2025. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office. As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window will remain closed till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting or the public announcement of the results.
