Resgen Ltd Trading Window Closure for Half Year Ended 30th September, 2025

Resgen Ltd (formerly Eco Janitors Pvt. Ltd.), has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidate financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
