Resonance Specialties Ltd. Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results of FY2025-26

Resonance Specialties Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will take effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of these results will be communicated to the stock exchange in due course.
