Resourceful Automobile Exempted from Reg. 24A Compliance

Resourceful Automobile Ltd, listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited, is exempted from complying with Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, as per Regulation 15(2)(b). This exemption applies to listed entities with paid-up capital not exceeding ₹10.00 Crore and net worth not exceeding ₹25 Crore as of March 31, 2026, and those listed on the SME Exchange platform. Consequently, Resourceful Automobile is not required to submit an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
