Response Informatics Acquires Remaining 33.3% of Datalabs AI

Response Informatics Ltd announced the acquisition of the remaining 33.3% equity share capital of Datalabs AI Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹33,300 at face value. This acquisition increases Response Informatics' shareholding from 66.70% to 100%, making Datalabs AI a wholly-owned subsidiary.
