Response Informatics Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Response Informatics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect for 48 hours following the announcement of the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company has also confirmed the freezing of PANs for designated persons and their immediate relatives during this period, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
