Restaurant Brands Asia Board Approves Promoter Reclassification and Director Changes

Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd announced outcomes from its Board of Directors meeting held on July 7, 2026. Key decisions included noting the completion of equity share transfers to new Acquirers (Lenexis Foodworks, Aayush Agrawal Trust, Inspira Foodworks, and Mr. Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal), resulting in a change in promoters. The Acquirers and IATL have now acquired control and are classified as promoters, while the previous sellers (QSR Asia Pte. Ltd. and F&B Asia Ventures) have ceased to be promoters and are reclassified as public.
