Restaurant Brands Asia Fined ₹3.6 Lakhs for Food Safety Violations

Restaurant Brands Asia Ltd has received orders from the Additional District Magistrate, Mathura, imposing a total fine of ₹3,60,000 for violations under Section 26(2) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Two separate penalties of ₹1,80,000 each were issued for violations related to food safety standards. The company stated that these orders have no material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities. The orders were received on August 20, 2026.
