Restile Ceramics Ltd. Pays Fine of ₹5,900 to BSE Limited for Delayed RPT Disclosures

Restile Ceramics Ltd. has paid a fine of ₹5,900 (inclusive of GST) to BSE Limited due to delayed submission of Related Party Transactions (RPT) disclosures for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The delay occurred due to an interpretation issue regarding the submission of RPT disclosures and financial results in XBRL mode within 24 hours from submission of the corresponding PDF filing. The Company filed the Integrated Financials (including RPT disclosures) on November 06, 2025, in good faith and without any intention to deviate from the provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations. The fine has been paid on December 29, 2025.
