Retaggio Industries Ltd has entered into a Property Agreement with M/s. M S Mody Builders and Developers to acquire a commercial immovable property for a consideration of INR 10,00,00,000/- (INR 10 Crores), plus applicable stamp duty. This acquisition, approved by the Board of Directors on August 26, 2026, is part of the company's business expansion and strategic growth plans. The transaction is not a related party transaction, and the seller is not related to the company's promoters or key managerial personnel. The property has a carpet area of approximately 3261.65 Sq. ft.
