Retina Paints Approves 16th AGM Notice and Annual Report

Retina Paints Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, approved the notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The board also approved the Director's Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the fiscal year 2025-2026, which will form part of the 16th Annual Report. Book closure dates are set from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with a record date of September 23, 2026. M/s. MVK & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
