Retina Paints Ltd Closes Trading Window as per SEBI Regulations

Retina Paints Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting at which the results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
