Semac Construction Acquires 50% Stake in Semac Construction Technologies India for Rs. 50,000

Semac Construction Limited, formerly known as Semac Consultants Limited, has approved the acquisition of 5,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, representing 50% of the equity share capital of Semac Construction Technologies India Private Limited, from its existing shareholders Mr. Abhishek Dalmia and Mrs. Deepali Dalmia. The total consideration is Rs. 50,000, to be paid in cash. This acquisition will make Semac Construction Technologies India a wholly-owned subsidiary of Semac Construction Limited.
