Revati Media Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Directors and Promoters

Revati Media Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its Directors and Promoters in accordance with the company's code of conduct for Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The trading window will be closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 will be informed in due course.
