Rexnord Electronics and Controls Limited, a leading manufacturer of electric motors and fan assemblies, has reported a reasonably good financial performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company achieved a total revenue of INR 11,004.39 lakhs on a standalone basis and INR 11,000.71 lakhs on a consolidated basis. However, the profit before tax decreased by 32.54% on a standalone basis and 32.49% on a consolidated basis due to increased employee costs, finance costs, depreciation, and amortization expenses. Despite these challenges, Rexnord maintained strong profitability and liquidity, ensuring sustainable growth and resilience in financial performance.
