Clear Water Commodities Acquires 15,923,244 Shares of Rhetan TMT Ltd, Diluting Shareholding to 2.13%

Clear Water Commodities Pvt Ltd has acquired 15,923,244 shares of Rhetan TMT Ltd, which amounts to 2.13% of the company's total voting rights. This acquisition was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquired shares were previously held by Khetan TMT Limited. The sale was made for a total of Rs. 79,68,75,000 divided into 79,68,750 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each.
