Rhetan TMT: MD Reappointed for 5 Years

Rhetan TMT Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Shalin Ashok Shah as Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective January 08, 2027, to January 07, 2032. The decision was recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors and the company's members at their Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026. Mr. Shah, a promoter director with over three decades of experience in various industrial sectors, has not been debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
