Rhi Magnesita India Appoints B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditor

Rhi Magnesita India Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 16th AGM until the conclusion of the 21st AGM in 2031. B S R & Co. LLP, established in 1990 and converted to an LLP in 2013, is a member of B S R & Affiliates and has a significant presence with over 4000 staff and 170+ partners across 14 locations.
