RHI Magnesita Recommends ₹2.50 Dividend for FY26

The Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita India Limited, in its meeting on May 29, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 (250%) per fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26. This is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders as of the record date, which will be announced later. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
