Riba Textiles Board Approves AGM Date, Director Reappointments

Riba Textiles Ltd announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on August 31, 2026. The Board approved the Director's Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed the date for the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Key decisions included the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sunder Miglani as Independent Director for a second five-year term, and the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Garg as Managing Director and Mr. Nitin Garg as Whole-time Director, both for further terms of three years, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Mr. Vishal Gupta was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the AGM.
