Riba Textiles Reappoints Directors, Sets AGM Date

Riba Textiles Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sunder Miglani as Independent Director for a second 5-year term, and Mr. Amit Garg as Managing Director and Mr. Nitin Garg as Whole-time Director for further 3-year terms. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also approved the Director's Report for FY25-26 and fixed the AGM date for September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Mr. Vishal Gupta was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
