Rico Auto Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The exact end date of the closure is subject to the finalization of the Board Meeting date. Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
