Riddhi Corporate Services EGM on May 23 to appoint new auditors

Riddhi Corporate Services Ltd has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on May 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. IST, via Video Conferencing/OAVM. The primary agenda for the EGM is to approve the appointment of M/s. Aparajita V Shah & Co as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment will fill the casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s Nitin K Shah & Co. The newly appointed auditors will hold office from the conclusion of this EGM until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will conduct the statutory audit for the year ended March 31, 2026. Remote e-voting facilities will be available to members from May 20, 2026, to May 22, 2026.
